Qualifications

• Sufficient education and literacy to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and communicate in basic English preferred.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Previous bell person experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and acknowledge requests with southern hospitality.
• Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to update room status.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist with luggage transport and guidance for guests.
