Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Bellperson at the Kimpton Miralina Resort in Arizona. The role involves assisting guests with luggage on arrival and departure, escorting guests to rooms, and providing information about hotel services.

You will maintain luggage, support front desk operations, and help ensure a courteous, efficient stay for guests in a luxury resort setting. Highgate offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time associates.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid driver's license for the applicable state.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload luggage carts.
• Organize and deliver luggage for tour groups.
• Escort guests to rooms and familiarize them with hotel services.
• Inspect guest’s room to ensure it is in order and supplies are adequate.
• Explain features of the room and operation of devices.
• Check/store luggage for arrivals and departures with tags.
• Deliver messages to meeting rooms and guests.
• Assist with room changes and guest requests.
• Maintain lists of local attractions and transportation guides.
• Show guestrooms and suites and emphasize hotel amenities.
