Job summary

Miraval Berkshires Resort and Spa is hiring Buffet Attendants to support the Food & Beverage department at our Berkshire resort. You will uphold cleanliness, assist in setting up and maintaining buffet stations, and collaborate with the culinary team to ensure outstanding guest experiences.

Ideal candidates are energetic, detail oriented and familiar with basic food service hygiene. Weekend availability is required, with opportunities for growth in a world-class wellness environment.

Qualifications

Interpersonal skills for guest and staff communication.
Ability to stand for long periods and work extended hours.
Knowledge of basic food safety standards is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 25lbs during shifts.
Availability to work weekends is required.

Responsibilities

Maintain clean buffet areas and serving stations.
Set buffet stations to standard and ensure timely service.
Display and store buffet identifiers and signage.
Stock plates, bowls, and service ware.
Set up buffet with food items and proper wares.
Assist culinary team during downtime in cold prep.
