Strong customer service, the ability to lift up to 100 lbs, and a friendly demeanor are essential. Flexible shifts include holidays, nights, weekends, and varying hotel events.

Qualifications

• Prioritize and work efficiently with limited supervision.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Must possess basic computer skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Room arriving guests and assist departing guests professionally and with courtesy.
• Handle all luggage, baggage and packages carefully and safely.
• Adhere to luggage storage and retrieval policy.
• Know hotel rooms and facilities; monitor groups and functions daily.
• Maintain lobby, bell closet, porte cochere and parking lot cleanliness.
• Assist other departments with moving boxes and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and service standards; ensure guest satisfaction.
• Provide directions and use maps; resolve problems promptly.
