Omni San Diego Hotel at the Ballpark is seeking a friendly Bell/Valet Attendant to deliver personalized guest service. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, taxis, reservations, and direct guests to destinations around the hotel, ensuring a memorable stay.

Qualifications

• Luxury hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for full shifts.

• Knowledge of local attractions and area.

Responsibilities

• Maintain bell carts and coordinate with Engineering.
• Assist guests with reservations, luggage, and taxi/shuttle requests.
• Direct guests to the Front Desk, meeting rooms and other hotel areas.
• Provide friendly, personalized service and engage with guests throughout shifts.
• Train new bell staff on procedures and protocols.
