Job summary

Kenwood Inn and Spa is seeking a Bell Person to be the welcoming face of the property. You will assist guests with luggage, give tours of the grounds, and ensure a smooth arrival and stay. You’ll coordinate with other departments, handle requests, and maintain common areas in a clean, organized state.

We value a friendly, professional demeanor and strong communication. Weekend availability is required; a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential for this on-site role.

Qualifications

• Must work some weekends and company recognized holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with baggage and directions.
• Provide tours of the grounds and hotel amenities.
• Deliver items to rooms and assist with food/beverage orders as needed.
• Maintain clean common areas and report safety issues.
• Follow safety procedures and hotel policies at all times.
