Job summary

21c Museum Hotels is seeking a porter/valet to welcome guests, assist with luggage, and provide exceptional service in a boutique hotel setting. You will assist guests with unloading and loading luggage, park vehicles, and help with deliveries while maintaining a clean and friendly presence.

Candidates should have at least two years of driving experience with a clean record, be 18 or older, possess a valid driver’s license, and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must have at least two years driving experience with a clean driving record.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Comfortable operating luggage carts and stairs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist arriving guests with luggage, valet parking, and vehicle retrieval.
• Transport luggage to guest rooms and assist departing guests with loading luggage into vehicles.
• Deliver laundry, newspapers, iron and ironing board, extra linens, etc., as needed.
• Provide up-to-date information about hotel services and local area activities.
• Maintain a clean, friendly, and professional presence for guests and colleagues.
