Job summary

Topgolf Providence is seeking a friendly guest services team member to greet guests, explain offerings, and help guests enjoy the bays with Topgolf technology. You will take and deliver food and beverage orders, assist with bay setup, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and welcome them to the bays, explaining Topgolf offerings.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.
• Maintain bay cleanliness and organize bay areas, clearing tables and collecting balls.
• Assist guests with bay setup and use of Topgolf technology.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure a positive guest experience.
