Topgolf in Knoxville is seeking friendly staff to welcome guests, take orders, and deliver food and drinks. You will help maintain bay cleanliness, assist with bay setup, and guide guests in using Topgolf technology.

The role requires excellent communication, a high level of professionalism, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ideal candidates have prior hospitality experience and a strong eye for detail, with a focus on safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to the bays, providing information about Topgolf offerings.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders to guests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bay areas, including clearing tables and picking up golf balls.
• Assist guests with bay setup and provide instructions on how to use Topgolf technology.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues or concerns with professionalism.
• Collaborate with staff to create a positive and memorable guest experience.
