Paramount Hospitality Management seeks a bartender to deliver exceptional guest service and drive sales at the resort bar. You will greet guests, upsell beverages, and provide accurate, timely transactions while maintaining a lively, friendly atmosphere. Training, benefits, and team discounts are highlighted in the role.

The position emphasizes knowledge of drink preparation, menu awareness, and professional communication to enhance the guest experience and ensure repeat visits.

Formación

• Knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional guest service that ensures sales and high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Execute on the bar service standards: warm welcome, add-ons, personalized orders, and thanks.
• Greet and establish rapport with guests, discussing beverage menu and promotions.
• Ensure all guest transactions are processed accurately and promptly.
• Maintain a warm, welcoming Corner Bar atmosphere.
• Prepare, garnish, and serve drinks promptly.
• Engage with guests by making drinks in front of them with flair.
• Know the menu and read guests to recommend beverages and food.
• Upsell guests on food or drink items when appropriate.
• Keep a clean, organized bar area.
• Accurately ring up all orders in the POS while socializing with guests.
