Job summary

VPB Management II LLC seeks a skilled bartender/barback to prepare beverages for the hotel’s restaurant and bar outlets. You will also assist servers and maintain bar area, ensuring fast, courteous service to guests.

Responsibilities include taking orders, setting up stations, handling POS transactions, and maintaining cleanliness while following health and safety standards. Must be able to lift and work flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of beverages, recipes and correct glassware
• Knowledge of state liquor regulations compliance
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task efficiently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Must be able to lift and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar/restaurant per service standards
• Take guest orders and upsell based on preferences
• Set up and maintain bar, stock, and condiments
• Record orders in POS and handle payments
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and service areas
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to deliver seamless service
