LBA Hospitality is seeking a bartender to provide prompt, courteous service and high-quality beverages in a hotel outlet. The role requires maintaining a clean, guest-ready bar area and upselling beverages while following brand standards and safety procedures.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred associate’s degree and certifications. Some prior experience in chain food/beverage outlets is a plus.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional attitude required.
• Computer literacy to operate property management system and handle transactions.
• Ability to sell, suggest and serve quality beverages and food items.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and maintain a guest-ready bar area.
• Prepare/serve drinks as requested by guests.
• Process guest charges and gratuities per standards and procedures.
• Maintain safety practices and liquor inventory.
