Job summary

OTH Hotels Resorts is seeking an experienced Bartender to deliver exceptional beverage and food service in a fast-paced bar and restaurant environment. You will manage drink preparation, guest interaction, and bar operations to ensure memorable experiences for guests.

The role requires strong mixology knowledge, extensive liquor/beverage knowledge, and the ability to maintain inventory while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of bartending experience.
• Full-service bar experience strongly preferred.
• Alcohol service certification per local regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent guest interaction and knowledge of beverages.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide courteous service.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Provide table-side or bar service including food and beverage delivery.
• Engage with guests to ensure a welcoming and high-quality experience.
• Maintain bar inventory and assist with ordering.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and alcohol service regulations.
