Job summary

Geronimo Hospitality Group in Boise seeks a part-time Bartender to join a bold, guest-focused team. You will take drink and food orders, present options with confidence, and help create memorable experiences that reflect our philosophy of pushing boundaries.

You’ll maintain a warm, efficient bar area, ensure accuracy of orders, handle payments, and promote our beverage program while upholding safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• Basic math skills (able to add, subtract and count change back to customer).
• Legible handwriting.
• Strong customer service and oral communication skills.
• Valid Operator's License.

Responsibilities

• Take customers’ food and drink orders
• Ensure orders are accurate and delivered to each table on time
• Suggest appetizers and meals to customers based on the menu and specials
• Make and serve drinks following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards
• Process payments from guests and ensures accuracy of guest check and method of payment in order to safeguard customer and company
• Create a pleasurable dining experience for all of our guests
