The role emphasizes accuracy, knowledge of drinks, and teamwork to maintain the high standards of our hospitality group and venues.

Qualifications

• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• Basic math skills (add/subtract/change).
• Legible handwriting.
• Strong customer service and oral communication skills.
• Valid Operator's License.

Responsibilities

• Take customers' food and drink orders.
• Ensure orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
• Suggest appetizers and meals based on menu and specials.
• Make and serve drinks following guidelines and safety policies.
• Document orders and process payments accurately.
• Maintain a warm, friendly dining atmosphere.
• Create a pleasurable dining experience for all guests.
