Geronimo Hospitality Group's I.d. Delafield is seeking a friendly, attentive Bartender to join a team that values hard work and exceptional guest experiences. You’ll welcome guests, take drink and food orders, and help create a memorable dining atmosphere.

You’ll craft beverages to spec, maintain a clean bar, handle payments, and promote a warm, engaging service style across busy shifts. Legal drinking age, basic math, and strong communication are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract and count change back to customer).
• Legible handwriting.
• Strong customer service and oral communication skills.
• Valid Operator's License.
• Wine experience and/or certification.
• One year bartending experience.
• U.S. Work Authorization (required).

Responsibilities

• Take customers’ food and drink orders.
• Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered to each table in a timely manner.
• Suggest appetizers and meals to customers based on the menu and specials.
• Make and serve drinks following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards.
• Control allocated guest checks by following established check-use procedures and legibly documenting all required information as the customer’s order is taken and processed.
• Process payments from guests and ensures accuracy of guest check and method of payment in order to safeguard customer and company.
• Create a pleasurable dining experience for all of our guests.
