• Sets up assigned bars; stocks beer, wine, spirits, and bar supplies.
• Maintains stock; prepares garnishes and perishables to ensure quality.
• Greets guests and takes drink orders; prepares and presents drinks using standard recipes.
• Checks identification when serving alcohol and ensures responsible service.
• Receives cash, makes change, and processes charges correctly.
• Locks up and stores beverages, food and cash; secures bank.
• Keeps the bar area clean and organized; performs general cleaning as required.
