Aqua Aston Hospitality (AAH) is hiring a Bartender to provide guests with memorable beverage experiences and to support events and hotel programming. The role emphasizes responsible service, quality drink preparation, and guest satisfaction in a lively hospitality setting.

The position requires availability for various shifts, occasional holidays and weekend work, and the ability to stand for extended periods while maintaining bar cleanliness and teamwork with other departments.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving history.
• Must be able to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take drink orders, serve beverages and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service by verifying ages and monitoring consumption.
• Prepare drinks using standard recipes and measuring systems.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and assist other departments to ensure great service.
• Support daily operations and participate in events and celebrations.
