Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Availability for early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provides incredible guest service by developing personal relationships and anticipating needs.
• Hand-crafts beverages to order per Caribou procedures.
• Heats, prepares and serves food offerings to Caribou standards.
• Floats between barista and guest service and supports team roles as needed.
• Takes guest orders, manages cash drawer and follows cash handling policies.
• Maintains a clean, organized and well-run store environment.
• Contributes to a positive work culture by living the Core Values.
