Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Guest Service by building relationships with guests.
• Hand-craft beverages to Caribou standards.
• Heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings per SOPs.
• Floats between barista and guest service and supports team roles.
• Follow cash handling policies and maintain clean, organized store.
