Responsibilities

• Provides incredible Guest Service by developing personal relationships with guests and practicing active listening.
• Hands-crafts beverages to order per Caribou SOPs.
• Heats, prepares, and serves Caribou food offerings to SOPs.
• Takes guest orders & manages cash drawer and follows cash handling policies.
• Maintains the look and feel of a well-run store by following cleanliness, sanitization and organization standards.
