Job summary

Caribou Coffee is hiring a Team Member to deliver day-making experiences through outstanding guest service, crafting beverages, and embodying our Purpose and Values in every interaction.

You will join a supportive herd in Sauk Centre, Minnesota, with flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and some weekends. Prior guest service experience is a plus; must be at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• Able to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provides incredible Guest Service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests and anticipating needs.
• Hand-crafts beverages to order per Caribou SOPs.
• Heats, prepares, and serves food offerings to SOPs.
• Takes guest orders and manages cash with standard policies.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Supports team by taking on roles as needed.
