Qualifications

• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Preferred: Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides incredible Guest Service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests and listening actively.
• Hand-crafts beverages to order per Caribou SOPs and serves food offerings to standard.
• Floats between barista and guest service and fulfills all team roles as needed.
• Takes guest orders, manages cash drawer and follows cash handling policies.
• Maintains cleanliness, sanitization and organization standards in-store.
