Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or guest service is preferred.
• Ability to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest service and create day-making experiences.
• Prepare and serve beverages per Caribou SOPs and assist with food offerings.
• Handle guest orders, cash drawer and follow all cash handling policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Adapt to multiple roles within the team and support leaders as needed.
