Responsibilities

• Hand-crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes, adjusting to guest preferences.
• Moves between barista, greeter, and other roles as needed by the shift.
• Takes orders and manages cash drawer accurately following cash-handling standards.
• Keeps the coffeehouse clean, organized, and well-stocked per quality and safety standards.
• Anticipates needs for guests or teammates and acts proactively.
