Job summary

Caribou Coffee in Maple Grove, Minnesota is seeking a Team Member to deliver day making experiences through guest service and handcrafted beverages. Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and build relationships with guests.
• Hand-craft beverages to order following Caribou procedures.
• Heat, prepare, and serve food offerings to standard operating procedures.
• Take guest orders, manage cash drawer, and follow cash handling policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and support team needs as required.
• Demonstrate Caribou core values in all interactions.
