Responsibilities

• Provides incredible Guest Service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests and practicing active listening.
• Hand‑crafts beverages to order per Caribou SOPs.
• heats, prepares, and serves food offerings to SOPs, and supports team members as needed.
• Takes guest orders, manages cash drawer, and follows cash handling policies.
• Maintains cleanliness, sanitization, and organization of the store.
