Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Preferred: Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides incredible guest service by developing personal relationships with guests.
• Hand-crafts beverages to order per Caribou standards.
• Heats, prepares, and serves Caribou food offerings per procedures.
• Takes guest orders and manages cash according to policies.
• Maintains the look and feel of a well-run store with cleanliness and organization.
• Supports team by fulfilling multiple roles and responsibilities as needed.
