Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions, short correspondence and memos in English.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain resort interiors by dusting and polishing furniture, counters, mirrors and fixtures; wash floors, windows, counters, walls, and woodwork.
• Sweep, scrub and mop floors; clean and vacuum carpets; restock restrooms and locker rooms with paper products.
• Remove trash; maintain interior appearance by picking up debris and transporting materials to disposal/recycling areas.
• Observe precautions to protect hotel and guest property; report damage, theft, and found items to supervisors.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain positive guest/owner/associate relationships.
