Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions, short correspondence and memos in English.
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently or with others as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain resort interiors by dusting and polishing furniture, counters, mirrors and fixtures.
• Sweep, scrub and mop floors, clean carpets, restrooms and locker rooms; replenish supplies.
• Remove trash and maintain interior appearance, transporting materials to disposal areas.
• Protect hotel and guest property and report damage, theft or found items to supervisors.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain positive guest relations.
