Job summary

Dave & Buster’s in Euless, TX is seeking a friendly Winner’s Circle Team Member for part-time shifts. You’ll greet Guests, answer questions, guide them through the Midway experience and help ensure a positive first impression.

You’ll assist with merchandise, tickets, and game operations, coordinate with Supervisors, and contribute to a fast-paced, family-friendly environment with flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Friendly, with a positive, can-do attitude and strong guest service skills.
• Ability to work days, nights, and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games.
• Greets Guests with a positive attitude and guides them through the midways experience.
• Assists Guests with requests, answers questions, and makes recommendations.
• Provides game assistance by notifying technicians or management as needed.
• Maintains merchandise displays, stock, and secure storage areas.
• Reconciles tickets and merchandise inventory; conducts stock checks as applicable.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the Winner’s Circle and surrounding areas.
• Supports other team members to foster a cooperative and efficient work climate.
