Job summary

Dave & Buster's Inc. is seeking a friendly Winner's Circle Team Member to deliver an engaging guest experience through games, food, and drinks. You’ll greet guests, answer questions, and help navigate the midway with enthusiasm.

You should be 18+, able to work flexible days and communicate clearly, while balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Training is provided and benefits are available for eligible roles.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Clear communication and friendly demeanor are essential.
• Ability to multitask and assist Guests in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an unparalleled Guest experience through food, drinks and games in an energetic environment.
• Keep supervisor informed of issues and take prompt action.
• Provide timely service while managing wait times and communicating with Guests, Team Members, and Managers.
• Greet Guests with a positive attitude and assist with requests and recommendations.
• Notify management if a Guest is unhappy and help resolve concerns.
• Assist with game operations by notifying Support Technicians or Management as needed.
• Maintain and secure merchandise, restock as required, and balance tickets.
