You will guide Guests through the gaming and dining environment with a friendly, informative approach and support from the team to ensure a memorable visit.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrates strong communication with guests and team members.
• Able to greet guests with a positive attitude and provide assistance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun.
• Keeps supervisor informed of problems and takes corrective action when needed.
• Provides timely service while managing wait times and communicating with Guests, Team Members and Managers.
• Greets Guests with enthusiasm and helps with requests, making recommendations when needed.
• Notifies Management of unhappy Guests.
• Maintains merchandise inventory and displays, stocking as required.
• Ensures cleanliness and organization of the Winner's Circle area.
• Assists other Team Members to promote a cooperative working climate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
