Qualifications

• No prior experience in massage or wellness required; comprehensive training provided.
• Friendly, dependable, organized, professional; able to interact with clients in person and over the phone.
• Attention to detail and willingness to work as part of a team are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with questions, scheduling, and general information.
• Book, reschedule, and confirm client appointments accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and common areas.
• Clean and sanitize treatment rooms between appointments as needed.
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining therapists’ rooms to ensure a comfortable and professional environment.
• Complete laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and stocking linens and towels.
• Help maintain adequate supplies throughout the clinic.
• Follow clinic procedures and standards for cleanliness, organization, and client service.
• Work as part of a team to ensure the clinic runs smoothly and clients receive a positive experience.
