Job summary

Paycom - ATS Welcome Center is seeking friendly, organized guest services representatives to join our team. You will be the first contact for guests, greeting arrivals, assisting with check-in/out, processing payments, issuing room keys, and sharing information on resort amenities and local attractions.

This role requires strong customer service, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and teamwork with housekeeping and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests warmly on arrival and departure; provide prompt responses to inquiries.
• Check guests in/out, process payments, issue room keys, and verify reservation details.
• Resolve guest issues with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
• Offer guidance on resort amenities, activities, local attractions, and dining options.
• Answer phones; assist with reservations, modifications, confirmations, and cancellations.
• Maintain accurate guest account records and daily activity logs.
• Keep front desk and welcome center tidy and welcoming; manage displays.
• Follow safety procedures and be flexible to cover other areas as needed.
