Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group seeks a dynamic Guest Service Representative to join our team at GRAD Madison. You will greet guests, handle check-ins, manage arrivals, and assist with lobby activities in a full-time on-site role.

The position emphasizes personal recognition, professional communication, and meticulous cash handling. The ideal candidate has at least one year in front desk operations, a high school education, and solid knowledge of hotel front desk procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with personal recognition on arrival.
• Assist with welcome amenities and arrival lists.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and complete check-in before arrival.
• Answer phones promptly and route inquiries as needed.
• Maintain cash handling: count bank at start/end and report cash over/shorts.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Support lobby activation as needed.
• Protect guest PII data per procedures.
• Respond to guest needs and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties to support business objectives.
