Job summary

Vail Resorts welcomes you to join our mountain team as a Front Desk Associate. You will be the face of the hotel, greeting guests, checking them in and out, and ensuring a memorable stay for all visitors.

Starting wage is $20.00/hr–$23.00/hr for Winter Seasonal 2026/2027, with Full Time hours available. Applicants must be 18+, with housing availability and extensive employee perks including free passes and lessons, discounted lift tickets for friends and family, and a strong training program.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Somewhat strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Work face to face with customers
• Check guests in and out
• Handle all customer needs
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Help resolve discrepancies with guest bills
• Other duties as assigned
