Job summary

Okemo Mountain Resort in Vermont is seeking Front Desk Associates for the winter season. You will be the face of the hotel, greeting guests, checking them in/out, answering phones, and addressing guest needs to ensure a memorable stay.

Starting wage is $7.21/hr–$9.77/hr with tipped positions guaranteed at least $20/hr including tips. Seasonal 2026/2027, full-time and part-time shifts, with housing not provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Friendly, strong people skills.
• Somewhat strong computer skills.

The expected pay range is $7.21/hr - $9.77/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
