Qualifikationen

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality education is a plus.
• Experience: Customer service, hospitality, or front desk operations preferred.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Problem solving & conflict resolution: Ability to think quickly and resolve guest issues.
• Attention to detail & multitasking: Work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical skills: Proficiency with reservation systems and basic accounting principles.
• Cash handling experience: Experience balancing a cash drawer.

Aufgaben

• Guest Service: Greet guests and provide a professional check-in/check-out experience; assist with inquiries and information on facilities and local attractions; handle guest complaints promptly.
• Reservations & Bookings: Manage reservations, process online and phone requests, verify guest details, assign rooms, and coordinate with housekeeping for seamless experiences.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintain front desk organization, handle transactions, balance cash drawer, prepare daily reports, and answer calls professionally.
• Safety & Security: Follow security protocols, verify IDs, protect guest privacy, respond to emergencies, and coordinate with departments to fulfill requests.
