Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Guest Services Associate for a part-time role (25 hours or less per week) with shifts possible in the 1st/2nd/3rd days. The position focuses on delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience, operating the POS and gas console, and assisting guests with ice cream, drinks, and sundries.

The role requires communication in English, basic math for making change, and the ability to stand for extended periods in a cold environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating point‑of‑sale systems and managing transactions.
• Ability to assist customers and provide friendly service.
• Clear spoken English for effective customer communication.
• Comfort with stocking shelves and keeping display areas neat.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver the signature Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately, handle payments and refunds.
• Stock shelves, maintain clean displays and ensure correct rotation.
• Monitor security, cash levels and conduct proper drop procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper operation of equipment.
• Accurately document time records and other reporting tasks.
