Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is hiring a Guest Services Associate to deliver the Hi Five guest experience and assist guests with orders. You will work in a part-time capacity, up to 25 hours per week, across 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts, and handle shakes and ice cream products along with cash transactions.

The role requires attention to detail, strong customer service, and the ability to communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• You must be at least 16 years old to work.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers.
• Basic math and cash handling skills helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience to every guest.
• Handle shakes, sundaes, and other dipside items.
• Operate POS system and gas console accurately, including payments and change.
• Keep shelves and freezers stocked and presentable, rotate stock.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness and monitor equipment temperatures.
• Complete time records and customer documents accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management
• Communicate effectively with customers in English
