Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Guest Services Associate for a part-time role (25 hours or less per week) with evening and weekend shifts possible. The position involves delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience, handling transactions at the POS and gas console, and maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment.

The role requires ability to communicate in English, be at least 16 years old, and perform basic lifting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old to work at United Dairy Farmers.
• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to operate the POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to handle coins, currency, checks and credit payments accurately.
• Ability to move items and lift up to 21 pounds as required.
• Ability to tolerate cold temperatures in the store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience by greeting guests warmly.
• Prepare shakes, sundaes, cups/cones of ice cream and related items.
• Operate the POS system and gas console and manage transactions accurately.
• Keep shelves and coolers stocked and presentable for guests.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and basic maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Complete time records and other required documentation.
