Job summary

The Westin Resort Guam is seeking a friendly, guest-focused individual to greet and seat guests, answer telephones, take orders, and process payments with accuracy. You will uphold hotel standards while delivering attentive service in a fast-paced dining environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean workstations, presenting food and beverages, coordinating with servers, handling reservations, and resolving guest requests professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining proper table settings and service areas.
