Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they feel welcome.
• Assist members with inquiries about membership options, policies, and gym services; guide them to resources.
• Check-in members as they arrive and handle member-related transactions at the front desk.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and ensure the club looks presentable throughout the day.
• Support membership sales and promote Planet Fitness services and programs.
• Collaborate with team members and management to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
