Job summary

Chevron Stations Inc (CSI) in Tracy, CA is hiring part-time crew to provide friendly guest service, handle POS transactions, and maintain safety and cleanliness across the store and food prep areas.

You will greet customers, process payments, stock shelves, prepare Krispy Krunchy Chicken items, and follow CSI guidelines. The role offers flexible hours, training, and opportunities for advancement within a large nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Must be sufficiently proficient in English to understand CSI policies, safety training, and job instructions.
• Available to work a variety of hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Must possess up-to-date food handling certificates, as required by law (in specific locations only).
• Cooking/Restaurant experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service; greet and thank customers with eye contact.
• Conduct all point-of-sale activities accurately and safely.
• Maintain cash drawer and perform cashier reconciliation.
• Perform station cleaning of indoor and outdoor facilities.
• Prepare food and beverages; manage foodservice and beverages.
• Actively promote store specials and marketing programs.
• Cross-check price of delivered goods for accuracy.
• Distribute delivered goods; ensure shelves are full.
• Observe local law requirements when fueling vehicles (Oregon only).
• May perform other duties as assigned by management.
