• Coordinate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including waiting areas and host stands.
• Assist in managing waitlists and communicating accurate wait times to guests.
• Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
