McDonald’s Guest Experience Team is hiring friendly, energetic individuals to engage guests at the counter, drive-thru, curbside, or delivery handoffs. You’ll greet guests, take orders accurately, and maintain a clean, welcoming dining area while delivering high-quality service.

There is growth potential within the restaurant and opportunities for advancement into management roles. Must be at least 18 years old and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests with a warm smile and friendly attitude.
• Take orders accurately at counter, drive-thru, or kiosk.
• Prepare beverages in a barista-style manner and ensure consistency.
• Assemble and present orders for Drive-Thru, Curbside, Lobby, and Delivery handoffs.
• Assist guests at self-order kiosks and check guest satisfaction after delivery.
