Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking team members for its Guest Experience Team in our U.S. restaurant located in Washington (North Bend). You will greet guests, take orders, and prepare beverages with a smile, whether at the counter, drive-thru, or kiosk.

You’ll help assemble orders quickly and accurately for drive-thru, curbside, lobby, and delivery handoffs. We value friendly, confident communicators who thrive in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm smile and take accurate orders at counter, drive-thru, or kiosk.
• Prepare beverages with care and consistency.
• Assemble and present orders for all service channels (Drive-Thru, Curbside, Lobby, Delivery).
• Hand off orders to couriers efficiently and professionally.
• Assist guests at self-service kiosks and ensure needs are met.
• Check in with guests after service to confirm satisfaction.
• Support kids and families with friendly service and treats.
• Communicate guest feedback to kitchen to keep service smooth.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming dining area.
