Responsabilidades

• Greet and engage guests with a warm smile at the counter, drive-thru, or kiosk.
• Take orders accurately and guide guests through the ordering process.
• Barista-style beverage preparation with consistency.
• Assemble and present orders for Drive-Thru, Curbside, Lobby and Delivery handoffs.
• Hand off delivery orders to couriers professionally.
• Assist guests at self-order kiosks and ensure they have what they need.
• Check in with guests after they receive their food to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure kids receive a special treat and families feel taken care of.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Communicate with the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly.
• Light dining area maintenance to keep the guest environment clean.
