Pratt Abbott is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet customers, sign up new accounts, and process dry cleaning orders in person. You will keep the shop clean, operate the register, and help customers choose services for special occasions.

No experience required—we will teach you everything you need to know and you can develop strong rapport with regular customers while contributing to the team’s friendly atmosphere.

As our Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the face of Pratt Abbott, providing exceptional customer service. You will keep the store clean, process dry cleaning orders, sign up new customers, and operate a register.

We are open 8-6 Monday through Friday and 8-3 Saturdays. No late night shifts. Preference is given to candidates willing to work multiple locations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
